Very friendly.

Upon arrival the tech was very standoffish after he mentioned we got the part in. I said we have two issues so wanted to make sure we are on the same page. He said whoever wrote up the work ticket only put this limited info in the system to which i said i worked with you in person about. We scheduling appointment I was told the warranty work would take 2 hours so planned my day knowing that fact. After three hours called and got and Ai bot who put me to voicemail. Advisor called back 15 minutes later to tell me they hadn't even started the work and it would be another three hours so I had to cancel my appointments due to no vehicle. When I picked up the car he didn't even acknowledge the length of time and say sorry about that....I run my business on service and this isn't the first time the advisor acted in the manner.....sad deal as I liked using them and have bought a number of cars there to which now I even question my return at all.
