WOODWARD, IA | 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500May 22, 2026Darcy, Adam, and Randell went out of their way to get my repair completed in a record pace time. The people in the shop did the work with care and efficiency. Tyler and Tim in parts worked extremely hard to get the vendor to supply the parts in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the manufacturer/vendor was not able to get parts to them in a timely manner. The General Manager Nic went to work with all departments to try things moving also. The dealership kept me informed about on parts from the vendor. The sad part is I like the vendor product in the past. I probably will be using a different vendor for future needs after checking out their parts and customer service. Again, completely satisfied with Willis Chevrolet with service, parts, and management team!!!Response from Willis Chevrolet of Granger
